The Red Sea
Set along Saudi Arabia’s west coast, The Red Sea is one of the Kingdom’s most remarkable new destinations, a landscape of pristine islands, coral-rich waters, desert, and mountains, all within one highly curated setting. The destination spans approximately 28,000 km² and more than 90 islands, creating a rare sense of privacy, scale, and escape.
For the Endeavor Entrepreneur Retreat, that setting is part of the experience. The Red Sea offers the space to move naturally between meaningful conversations, wellness, adventure, shared meals, and time outdoors, without the feeling of a traditional conference or resort program.
The retreat will be based on Shura Island, the centerpiece of The Red Sea destination, bringing together luxury resorts, beaches, leisure experiences, and world-class hospitality in one island setting.

Accommodation:
The retreat base will be SLS The Red Sea, located on Shura Island.
Endeavor has secured a special Endeavor-only room rate for retreat guests. Rooms are limited and will be allocated subject to availability. The current accommodation plan is for guests to stay in the same room category, with private terraces and separate seating areas.
What to Expect:
Across the retreat, guests will experience a carefully curated mix of founder conversations, wellness, adventure, shared dining, and evening gatherings.
The program is designed with enough structure to make the conversations meaningful, while leaving enough space for connections to continue naturally throughout the retreat.
